Cases are tested by manufacturers and by our company's quality control before being sent out
HOWEVER there is still a chance that cases may be damaged during delivery or due to manufacturing faults.
Therefore, we HIGHLY recommend that you test the product underwater (at a decent depth and quantity of time), BEFORE you use it on your device underwater
If consumers do find that the case is damaged, has leakage or doesn’t meet its intended use, please feel free to contact us ASAP so that we can resolve the issue
Make sure you follow the instructions very carefully, and install the protective case correctly. If the case was installed incorrectly and causes damage your case or device, we are not liable for that situation.
Under these circumstances, we cannot guarantee that the case can still protect your device
If you've unfortunately dropped your case, please proceed to re-test to your waterproof case BEFORE using it on your device in case of leakage/ other damage
We’re not liable for damages to personal property due to misuse or improper installation, or improper care and maintenance of the case. Our warranty does not, under any circumstance, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the case. Our cases can not guarantee that your device will not be damaged upon impact. These are merely a preventative tool and not a cure.
All items will be dispatched from Sydney via Australia Post within 24 hours of payment being received.
